We're intimately familiar with the City of Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Palm Beach County building departments — including ePlans portals, specific code requirements, and municipal nuances that slow down other contractors. Miami-Dade County's High Velocity Hurricane Zone sets the most rigorous roofing standards in the United States. Only products with Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance are permitted. CRWP installs NOA-approved tile, metal, modified bitumen, and TPO systems throughout Miami-Dade — from Coral Gables estates to Key Biscayne waterfront properties.
CRWP is one of the only licensed Florida roofing contractors with active Caribbean project experience. We currently have an active commercial project in the U.S. Virgin Islands and have completed work in the Bahamas, Turks & Caicos, and other island markets.
